BIO
Born in Green Bay, Attorney Fredrickson attended High School at Pulaski High before college at St. Norberts.

 

Attorney Fredrickson began his legal career working in an entry-level capacity in business litigation and personal injury cases in 2008. In this role, Attorney Fredrickson learned the basic civil procedure and what it takes to establish a creditable demand packet that will get your clients paid. 

 

 In 2013-2014 Attorney Fredrickson worked under a predominant real estate and business attorney in Denver Colorado, Working on large cases against corporations and developers Attorney Fredrickson learned the importance of proof and the value of thorough discovery.  In his time in this capacity, Attorney Fredrickson worked as part of a small team to recover over 2 million in civil cases.

Having attended trials at counsel tables early in his career, Attorney Fredrickson wanted to hone his litigation skills. He knew the rules of the courtroom and how their application could change the outcome in a close trial. In 2015, Attorney Fredrickson became an associate of a predominate Criminal Defense attorney; in this capacity, Attorney Fredrickson was involved in multiple criminal cases daily. He helped manage and litigate hundreds of cases, Attorney Fredrickson has co-chaired and led many recent jury trials with great results, Attorney Fredrickson knows the constitutional state and federal rights, and he is skilled in motions practice and the suppression of unlawfully obtained evidence.
