PERSONAL INJURY JURY VERDICT

Following the initial consultation and a review of the facts, it was clear that our client had a claim and the insurer refused to adequately compensate him. Our client was helping an “insurance agent” on his property to move a large business sign and the agent/defendant dropped the sign on him and subsequently our client suffered a hernia. After less than an hour of deliberation, the Jury of 12 came back with unanimous decision and awarded our client almost $50,000.00!
